  1. Contact our support team at support@cubiclexpress.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  2. Carefully repackage the item in its original condition and packaging.
  3. Once approved, we will issue a return shipping label (if applicable) or provide details on shipping your item back to our facility.
  4. All returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving approval.​

Cancellation policy revised

  1. No returns or refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for any reason.
  2. Damage during transit: If your item is damaged during transit, please contact the transportation company (Xpressbees) directly. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.
  3. Missing items: If you receive a missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will require video proof of the missing item and a thorough audit will be done by our team. If the missing item is confirmed, we will send you a replacement item.
