Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
 
- Custom-made or special-order items and products marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.
 
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required for all returns.
 
Process for Returns
- Contact our support team at support@cubiclexpress.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
 
- Carefully repackage the item in its original condition and packaging.
 
- Once approved, we will issue a return shipping label (if applicable) or provide details on shipping your item back to our facility.
 
- All returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving approval.
 
Refunds & Store Credit
- After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
 
- Alternatively, you may request store credit or a product exchange at no extra cost.
 
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or fulfilment errors.
 
Exceptions & Special Circumstances
- Custom orders and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
 
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
 
- Returns from remote locations may be subject to additional shipping charges, as specified during your return request.
 
Cancellation policy revised
- No returns or refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for any reason.
 
- Damage during transit: If your item is damaged during transit, please contact the transportation company (Xpressbees) directly. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.
 
- Missing items: If you receive a missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will require video proof of the missing item and a thorough audit will be done by our team. If the missing item is confirmed, we will send you a replacement item.
